First Congress of children with disabilities starts in Rivne diocese of UOC

"The service to GOD is achieved through service to fellow man" is the name of the first Congress of people with disabilities, which is organized by the Rivne diocese, as reported on the official site of the diocese.

On August 11, more than 30 families raising children with disabilities, come to the source of St. Anne in the village of Onishkovtsy, Dubno district, where they will have a unique opportunity to relax, to pray, to socialize and receive satisfactory answers to life's questions from the priests.

The program of the Congress includes the involvement of children in games, taking art classes, sculpting, trekking through the woods, swimming in the pool in the open air, talks with priests and attending services.

The Congress will last three days and is intended primarily to help people who are in difficult life circumstances not to fall into despair. The organizers invite to cooperation psychologists and media people.
