The anti-racist movement slogan “Black Lives Matter” is racist, because all lives are important. This was announced by Czech President Miloš Zeman on June 30, 2020, during a reception in honor of Independence Day at the residence of the US Ambassador, CNN Prima NEWS reports.

Expressing a critical attitude towards the views of the leaders of the protest movement that swept the US and European countries, the Czech president stressed that he "does not need any new Big Brothers to indicate what values he should defend."

“Believe me, I'm here not only as an independent citizen, but also as a friend of the United States,” said Miloš Zeman, speaking at the residence of the American ambassador. “And in both of these positions, I reiterate that the Black Lives Matter slogan is a racist slogan. Because all lives matter.”

Recall, in the wake of the death of African American George Floyd during the police detention on May 25, mass protests and riots began in the United States. As part of the Black Lives Matter movement for racial equality, activists demolish monuments to Catholic saints and other historical figures who, in their opinion, are related to racism. The protest movement is gaining momentum in European countries.

The Russian Orthodox Church believes that the Black Lives Matter movement is increasingly growing to become anti-Christian and anti-civilizational.
