Police enter Kyiv Caves Lavra with weapons

On April 19, 2023, law enforcement officers entered the territory of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra with weapons in their hands. This was reported by the Information and Education Department of the UOC on its Facebook page.
The police tried to block the entrance to the monastery.
The law enforcement officers were encountered by believers with icons in their hands, singing the Easter troparion "Christ is Risen".
Recall that the UOJ is broadcasting live from the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra in its Telegram channel.
