During another attempt to seize the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, believers again came out to defend their shrine.
One of the parishioners of the monastery, Ksenia, noted that attacks on believers during the war are akin to the moral destruction of people.
“I am ashamed today for such actions of the police and the authorities. I would like to look into the eyes of your mother, who raised you. I am very ashamed of all of you. Lord, bring them to senses!" added Xenia.
As reported by the UOJ, the police blocked the access of believers to the gallery of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
The UOJ is broadcasting from the Lavra on its Telegram channel.
