Archpriest Nikolai Danilevich, deputy head of the UOC DECR, wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“Today the guests from the Patriarchate of Antioch, Metropolitan Basil of Akkar and Archimandrite Alexy, concelebrated with our Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry, together with other hierarchs of the UOC, in the Holy Panteleimon Church in Feofania and participated in the consecration of a new bishop of our Church, Bishop Silouan of Hertsa,” informed Father Nikolai.
