In 2023, ‘Favor’ Foundation supported 17 orphanages and boarding schools

Since the beginning of 2023, Orthodox Charitable Foundation "Favor" has provided assistance to 17 orphanages and boarding schools in Ukraine in the amount of UAH 2 million as reported on the Foundation's Facebook page.
The aid was intended for 1,665 children from orphanages. These are orphans, children deprived of parental care, and children with disabilities, including physical and intellectual development disorders and mental disorders.
The Foundation bought medicines, food, infant formula, personal hygiene products (in particular, hygiene products for sedentary and bed-ridden patients), anti-bedsore mattresses, school stationery, games and development kits, sports equipment and children's beds. Philanthropists also donated household chemicals to orphanages and bought ultraviolet germicidal irradiators for the prevention and treatment of acute respiratory infections and flu.
Children's institutions in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Sumy and Chernihiv regions received charitable assistance.
