Report: 236 UOC churches destroyed and damaged due to war

Two hundred thirty six UOC churches have been destroyed or damaged since February 24, 2022. This was reported in the Academic Religious Studies Workshop on Facebook.
They noted that since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion in Ukraine, 462 religious shrines have been destroyed or damaged, of which:
- UOC – 236;
- OCU – 36;
- UGCC and RCC – 12;
- Protestant – 142;
- Muslim – 7;
- Jewish – 15;
- Theological educational institutions – 6;
- Other religions – 8.
As the UOJ reported, the Volodymyr Church of the UOC was damaged in Odesa due to shelling.
