Only in 2019, heading the Zdolbuniv Regional State Administration, the official personally participated in the seizures of nine churches of the UOC, some of which he personally opened with a crowbar.

Sergei Kondrachuk, the head of the Secretariat of the local organization of the “European Solidarity” party, was elected to the post of the head of the Rivne Regional Council on December 2, 2020, during the first session of the Regional Council of the 8th convocation.

According to the website of the Regional Council, Kondrachuk's candidacy was supported by 35 deputies present in the hall, of which 14 were representatives of “Eurosolidarity”, 9 were deputies from the “For the Future” party, and 6 people's deputies each from the “Radical Party of Oleg Liashko” and VO “Svoboda”. The rest of the deputies did not take part in the voting.

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that the Volyn official decided to transfer the sealed temple of the UOC in Belichi to the OCU.
