UOC Cathedral damaged due to shelling in Kherson

On the night of October 2, 2023, the Holy Spirit Cathedral of the UOC and the administration building of the Kherson Eparchy of the UOC were damaged as a result of another shelling in Kherson. This information was reported by the press service of the UOC.
It was noted that a projectile hit the basement of the diocesan administration building, as well as the territory of the cathedral.
Due to the shelling, the central entrance, facade, treasury, and auxiliary premises on the church grounds were damaged. Additionally, the windows of the cathedral were shattered.
According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries as a result of the shelling.
As previously reported by the UOJ, the Holy Spirit Cathedral of the UOC in Kherson was shelled with cluster munitions.
