Natalia, a parishioner of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, addressed UOC believers and urged them to take matters of faith more seriously. Her statement was published on the “KozakTv1” Telegram channel.
"We need to take matters of faith more seriously. If we don't stand up for our faith, there will be nothing, and we will all perish. We need to preserve our faith, defend it, seek help from God, the saints of the Caves, all the venerable ones, the God-pleasers, our Guardian Angel, pray and go, fear and go," she said.
When asked about her feelings towards those who disrupt the prayer standing, the woman noted that she prays for them and feels sorry for them.
"They are lost and misguided souls, and we should pity them. May God enlighten them with His divine truth. The Lord wants everyone to be saved. We should strive for the highest, so we should set aside irritability and have compassion for them," the believer added.
As reported, the UOC believer said that people should do everything in their power to defend the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
