The Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) reported that, together with the National Police, they have neutralized the international criminal organization "AllatRa", which was engaged in subversive activities under the guidance of Russian special services. According to the SBU press service, security forces conducted searches in the sect's premises and the residences of its members in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Volyn, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions and blocked the activities of more than 20 cells of the organization.

According to the press service's information, law enforcement agencies obtained irrefutable evidence of the guilt of the sect's leadership and active members, and the SBU-initiated expertise confirmed the subversive activities of the sect in favour of the aggressor country.

The statement notes that under the guise of "missionary work", the sect members "justified Russia's armed aggression and publicly promoted the Kremlin's idea of creating a 'union of Slavic peoples' under Moscow's leadership." "AllatRa" organized its representations in every regional centre, which "massively encouraged local residents to join the sect and spread Kremlin ideas".

"To find like-minded individuals and promote pro-Russian views, the defendants established their own YouTube channel, with nearly half a million users," the SBU stated. "Additionally, the organizers of 'AllatRa' launched a network of their own media and internet resources, Telegram channels, and TikTok pages, where they published propaganda messages and videos, promoting pro-Kremlin narratives through the concept of a so-called 'charitable society'. Among other things, they advocated for Russian occupiers to carry out massive missile and bomb strikes on the civil infrastructure of Ukrainian cities."

According to the investigation, the sect's leaders, using forged documents indicating their military discharge, left Ukraine illegally for one of the European countries in the spring of 2022, from where they continued to remotely lead their organization in Ukraine.

Furthermore, "AllatRa" established its "branches" in Russia, Belarus, and several other European countries, as well as in Central Asia and the United States.

Law enforcement agencies are preparing to charge the organization's leaders and members with four articles of the Criminal Code: Part 1 and 2 of Article 111 (state treason), Article 255 (creation, leadership of a criminal group or criminal organization, and participation in it), Article 436-1 (propaganda of the communist totalitarian regime), and Article 436-2 (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of armed aggression by Russia against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The individuals involved in the case face up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment with asset confiscation.

As reported, earlier, Member of Parliament Oleksandr Dubinsky claimed that the "AllatRa" sect, founded by the former head of the Security Service of Ukraine in Crimea, Oleg Kulynych, arrested for treason, is connected to the Head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, Head of the National Bank Andriy Pyshnyi, Yermak's close associate, film producer Artem Koliubayev, and several Ukrainian officials and MPs.
