Raiders in Cherkasy break jaw of UOC priest

On November 20, 2023, raiders who entered the territory of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Monastery in Cherkasy assaulted a UOC priest, breaking his jaw.
According to the UOJ, unidentified individuals in military uniforms, attempting to seize the UOC monastery in Cherkasy, beat Priest Serhiy Pashchenko, causing a fracture to his lower jaw.
Ambulances arrived at the monastery. Medical professionals diagnosed a broken jaw for Priest Serhiy Pashchenko.
Law enforcement representatives are reportedly not intervening in the situation.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that raiders are once again attempting to seize the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Monastery in Cherkasy.
