The Attorney General of the American state of Texas Ken Paxton sued the pharmaceutical company Pfizer because of inaccurate information about the coronavirus vaccine, reports The Guardian.
Ken Paxton accuses Pfizer of providing false information about the effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccine. In addition, he says, the pharmaceutical company tried to prevent public criticism of the vaccine.
The Texas Prosecutor's lawsuit says that "Pfizer's claims that the vaccine is 95% effective are untrue, and that Covid-19 infection rates as well as mortality rates have worsened as the vaccine has become increasingly available."
As such, he accused Pfizer of "[engaging] in false, deceptive and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims regarding the company's COVID-19 vaccine in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act."
Paxton also alleges that the company, through collusion, attempted to "silence those who criticised the vaccination and spoke out against vaccination".
As earlier reported, YouTube removed a video of a Cypriot hierarch for "misleading information about vaccines" on the UOJ's English-language channel.
Recall exactly what Metropolitan Neophytos of Morphou said about the vaccine: " Remember that not only in Cyprus but all over the world, everything was preceded by a big venture with COVID and vaccination. About 70% of Cypriots, or even more, have been vaccinated. Our people live in fear that a world war is coming near. Neither politicians nor spiritual leaders have told us what this vaccine is. And now vaccinated people have terrible side effects. There are disabilities, there are sudden deaths. And I think that one of the side effects of this genetically modified vaccine (not the same as it used to be) is a change in the human will, depriving man of the gift of freedom being the greatest God-given gift for His beloved creation – man.”
