A new wording envisages the Demalliance will be based on the principles of “humanistic values”. An extraordinary session of the “Democratic Alliance” party has changed its statute and managerial staff. The event was held in “Olimpiyskiy” NSC, as the Institute of Religious Freedom reports. The party’s ideological change took place at the background of its administration change.

MP Svetlana Zalishchuk was appointed the party’s co-chair. Her parliamentary colleagues Sergey Leshchenko, Mustafa Nayem, and Victoria Ptichnik were elected deputy chairpersons of the Democratic Alliance.

It will be reminded this year the above mentioned MP were actively promoting “Equality March” gay-parade in Kiev and at present they steadily lobby extending rights of LGBT communities.
