In EU, UOC representative calls for protection of Christian heritage

On March 6, Head of the Representative Office of the UOC to the International Organizations Bishop Victor of Baryshevka (Kotsaba) took part in a plenary session of the European Parliament in Brussels.
The topical issues of interaction between the state and the Church were discussed, as reported by the Information and Educational Department of the UOC.
Bishop Victor spoke about the importance of protecting the Christian cultural heritage for Europe.
The event was organized by the Committee of Representatives of the Orthodox Churches to the European Union (CROCEU) and the European People's Party.
