As members of the Serbian Orthodox Church, we are especially joyful that, on the eve of the feast day of the great Serbian saint and defender of the faith, Saint Basil of Ostrog the Wonderworker, the Divine Liturgy was served by two hierarchs of our sister Churches—at the cathedral and in the birthplace of Saints Cyril and Methodius, the enlighteners of all Slavic peoples, whose feast is celebrated by the Orthodox Church on May 24.
