Amsterdam at NY Young Republicans: Zelensky's War on Orthodoxy
Robert Amsterdam will speak to the New York Young Republicans about the Ukrainian government’s persecution of Orthodox Christians.
JULY 21, 2025 — The New York Young Republican Club has announced an upcoming event with international legal counsel for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Robert Amsterdam.
The announcement was posted on the club’s account on X.
The meeting, titled “Zelensky’s War on Christian Ukraine,” will be held on August 5.

Amsterdam and the NYYRC will discuss the Ukrainian government's campaign against Orthodox Christians and what it means for the future of religious liberty worldwide.
As previously reported by the UOJ, Amsterdam has pledged to use every available means to defend the rights of the faithful of the UOC.
